About your role:


You will be will work closely with the Design Manager with a focus to create quality and wearable product that align with company vision and seasonal direction. A key responsibility is to communicate with cross functional teams from concept to production to ensure company product standards are met and development calendar are maintained.

Your responsibilities will also include the tasks:


  • Collaborate with Design Manager to develop product designs that are brand right and aligns with seasonal direction.
  • Research seasonal key trends, color, fabric, silhouette, and innovation. Develop CAD and initial specification packages for all designs.
  • Prepare and maintain presentation boards and line sheets.
  • Partner across functional departments, such as merchandising, production and sourcing
  • Attend fittings with brand manager to ensure quality product and brand standards
  • Facilitate in the selection of fabric quality
  • Help approve, trims, lab dips, hand looms, strike offs and knit downs
  • Work with manager to adhere to corporate calendar timing and brand guide

1. Receive the Recruitment requests from all Managers and forward it for management approval.

2. Place job postings on different recruitment channels, job portals and on the company website in order to attract as much as we can talented employees

3. Screen and shortlist the CVs based on the job description cards received from the hiring managers

4. Conduct telephonic interviews and face to face interviews with the candidates

5. Arrange English and computer tests for all candidates before sending them to the hiring managers for technical interview

6. Report immediately to the holding HR manager any unfair rejections from the hiring managers for some candidates

7. Review and verify the job offer documents before sending it to the holding HR Manager for his final approval.

15. Conduct surveys with new joiners, analyze it and keep the holding HR manager informed about the results

16. Draft contract agreements with recruitment agencies

17. Draft the demand documents and coordinate the attestations with the P.R.Os

18. Handle the blue/White collar hiring for the entire group

19. Coordinate the visa processing with the P.R.Os and make sure that candidates and recruitment agencies will receive the visas on time.

27. Make sure that white collar candidates will sign their offer letters on time and take the recruitment manager’s advice before answering their questions or clarifications on some points

28. Make sure that white collar candidates will submit their documents on time especially their sponsorship transfer documents in order to speed up their deployment

29. Send official notification email to the HR team members upon receiving the white collar candidates’ acceptance on the offer letters.

30. Schedule interview appointments with white collar candidates if necessary.

31. Other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

32. Make a high level of coordination & make follow with all parties (internally & externally)

Role Purpose:

1.    Follow the priorities set by the site engineer, define the number of workers required and their specialties to do the job, assign tasks and set timeframes for each activity in order to meet scheduled deadlines.

2.    Assess the need for materials, tools and equipment and inform the site engineer to ensure their availability on time.

3.    Maintain tools and equipment in good conditions, prevent damage, deterioration or loss in order to lower indirect construction cost.

4.    Supervise the work of gang leaders/workers/subcontractors, intervene whenever deemed necessary and give them the necessary instructions in order to meet the job specific requirements, quality and timeframe.

5.    Provide gang leaders/workers with the right methodologies to perform work efficiently while cutting down time and effort.

6.    Measure the performance of subordinates and intervene in case of fluctuations in order to keep a high level of performance.

7.    Solve minor problems and escalate complex ones to general foreman/site engineer in a way to prevent work disruptions.

8.    Promote safety policies and procedures and check on their proper implementation; take appropriate measures to ensure on-site compliance to safety regulations.

9.    Coordinate with timekeeper regarding the working hours and overtime of gang leaders/workers under his supervision in order to ensure accuracy of time attendance data.

10. Maintain a healthy work climate between workers in a way to prevent conflicts.

11. Maintain and update on-site documentation in order to keep track of relevant daily activities.

12. Take advantage of on-the-job training opportunities to increase capability and skill level.

13. Coach subordinates in order to integrate them in the work an train them to ensure their continuous skills level improvement.
