1. Receive the Recruitment requests from all Managers and forward it for management approval.
2. Place job postings on different recruitment channels, job portals and on the company website in order to attract as much as we can talented employees
3. Screen and shortlist the CVs based on the job description cards received from the hiring managers
4. Conduct telephonic interviews and face to face interviews with the candidates
5. Arrange English and computer tests for all candidates before sending them to the hiring managers for technical interview
6. Report immediately to the holding HR manager any unfair rejections from the hiring managers for some candidates
7. Review and verify the job offer documents before sending it to the holding HR Manager for his final approval.
8. Negotiate salaries with candidates in coordination with the holding HR Manager and the hiring managers.
9. Monitor the manpower agencies’ performance quarterly and take action according the evaluation results whether to continue with them or no
10. Keep the holding HR Manager updated with the available visa approvals and request for new visas in coordination with the HR Supervisor in order to avoid any shortage in visa approvals.
11. Raise immediately any delay from the P.R.Os side in processing the candidates’ visas to the HR Supervisor
12. Make sure that the demand documents, contract agreements with manpower agencies, recruitment portal services will be renewed on time in order to avoid any interruption with the recruitment services
13. Check on a weekly basis the material requests report and provide advice and support to the on-boarding officer if there is any delay from any other department in delivering the requested materials on time
14. Monitor the recruitment section petty cash status and make sure that there will be no any shortage in it order to avoid any delay with the recruitment service
15. Conduct surveys with new joiners, analyze it and keep the holding HR manager informed about the results
16. Draft contract agreements with recruitment agencies
17. Draft the demand documents and coordinate the attestations with the P.R.Os
18. Handle the blue/White collar hiring for the entire group
19. Coordinate the visa processing with the P.R.Os and make sure that candidates and recruitment agencies will receive the visas on time.
20. Make follow up with manpower agencies in order to receive the candidates flight details on time and share the same with the on-boarding officer
21. Proceed with recruitment trips with company managers and coordinate all the trips’ arrangements (this includes visas processing, airline tickets and hotel booking in coordination with the personnel officer, P.R.O and the manpower agencies)
22. Monitor the recruitment agencies’ performance quarterly and raise officially their performance related issues to the HR Manager.
23. Keep the recruitment efficiency report up to date with blue & white collar candidates’ details
24. Conduct reference check for white collar candidates prior issuing their offer letters
25. Prepare & release job offers for Blue/White collar candidates and keep the job offers report up to date in order to make follow up with signatories
26. Take the job description cards’ details from the company managers and fill it up in the company JDC standard form
27. Make sure that white collar candidates will sign their offer letters on time and take the recruitment manager’s advice before answering their questions or clarifications on some points
28. Make sure that white collar candidates will submit their documents on time especially their sponsorship transfer documents in order to speed up their deployment
29. Send official notification email to the HR team members upon receiving the white collar candidates’ acceptance on the offer letters.
30. Schedule interview appointments with white collar candidates if necessary.
31. Other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
32. Make a high level of coordination & make follow with all parties (internally & externally)
33. Reduce the manpower agencies turnover
34. Produce a high quality of documentations by drafting it and delivering it on time
35. Ensure that company managers are satisfied at all time from the blue collar hiring and avoid any complaints from them.
