Department:
As a Senior Cargo Sales Agent, you will provide maximum support to the sales force in order to achieve revenue targets. Secure proper operational and customer service support to enable the station to meet the cargo targets. You will help identify needs and improve cargo sales, service and operational performance for station. You will be expected to provide daily reports on Loads, Advanced booking profiles,
Route performances to the sales force. You will maintain regular contacts within the local Cargo industry to obtain local and regional insight. You will be involved with staying on top of local Government Regulations relevant to the respective station to ensure smooth cargo operations.
Person:
You must ideally have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales/Marketing. A Trade or Vocational qualification is essential. Your MS Office Skills must be at an advanced level. You will have a minimum 3 years in the Cargo / Air Freight Industry, out of which 1 year in a similar capacity. You must have an excellent command of written and spoken English, and currently be legally eligible to live and work in India.
You should have knowledge of IATA/TACT regulations and knowledge in Cargo sales will be an added advantage.
