About the Job:
This role is responsible for the efficient coordination between users (Line Maintenance) and accredited maintenance suppliers for all leased and purchased vehicles in Line Maintenance in the areas of vehicle servicing, maintenance, registration and renewal of road permit. You accountabilities include:
Operational

Manage and record traffic violations, accident reports, if required, coordinate with the traffic department in order to manage any accidents encountered by keeping relevant records and ensure vehicles are sent to the proper workshop to process the repairs.

Coordinate with traffic department on renewal of road permits to ensure timely processing of permits.
*
Arrange of vehicle airside passes as well as contacted personnel's airport passes to support the line maintenance operations.
*
Coordinate with the finance department for the petty cash for the renewal of road permits.
*
Coordinate with procurement for the new vehicle requirements requests, needs of the user department and the replacement of vehicles based on the lease policy agreement.

Coordinate with the legal department for the process of insurance for the vehicles and update the records accordingly.

Ensure accurate, correct and relevant information on the vehicles list/data.

Coordinate with concerned departments (i.e. QAS and AAB) in providing information regarding vehicles before the expiring date to process the vehicle renewal.

Independently manage and perform administrative tasks based on the set procedures.
About You:
You need to hold relevant tertiary, trade, vocational qualification or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job related experience. A Diploma or related qualification in Logistics will be an added advantage. You should have experience dealing with the third party logistic supplier contracts and knowledge in vehicle maintenance planning.
Basic knowledge and understanding of State of Qatar road transport laws and regulations will be preferred for this role. We are looking for someone with driving experience which includes customer processing, route delivery procedures and basic security and operational procedures. You should be someone with good organising and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of organisation and conduct research and interpret data. You must have intermediate or higher knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
