JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the company’s organization chart and headcounts
- Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents and advise managers on human resources policies and regulations
- Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff
- Be a true brand ambassador and conduct new employee orientations and standard training (i.e. brand history, product information, service ritual, sales techniques, grooming & hygiene)
- Stay informed of worldwide brand activities and create memos, as well as new training materials whenever necessary
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process including interview and hiring process
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Resolve issues between management and employees whenever they occur
- Direct disciplinary procedures
- Process paperwork on behalf of the company whenever necessary
