Job Purpose:
The Business Relationship Information Analyst is responsible for facilitating the information technology deliverables associated with the common processes related to the Support Services Directorates/ departments by providing functional experise as required. this role also acts a customer relationship focal point for the Directorate.
Key Result Areas:
- Facilitates information and data fulfillment and decision support for support Services Directorate/ departments and for QFHQ. Respond to queries and ad hoc requests related to information
- Serves as a Single Point of Contact for Support Services Directorate/ departments for service delivery
- Oversees and participates in improvement projects for the Directorate related to Information Technology
- Analyze data for the Support Services Directorate/ departments identifying trends, recurrence of issues etc.
- Prepares periodic Service and Operational reports as required.
- Contributes to the development, implementation, and revision of policies & procedures for Support Services Directorate/ departments
- Develops automation requirements of Support Services Directorate/ departments underpinning QFHQ Shared Services objectives.
- Manages liaison with IT for automation projects of the Support Services Directorate/ departments
- Ensure adequate metrics are in place to measure project progress and feed the results to the management
- Promote the importance and create the awareness of business information to support business performance management, e.g., decision support systems
- Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.
