Our customer is currently looking for its subsidiary in Doha, Qatar for a:
General accountant
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Participation in the development and monitoring of budgets allocated by contract
• Follow up of the annual schedule of fixed and variable costs
• Payment of local wages and specific allowances
• Processing of accounting transactions:
• Customer Billing
• Payment of supplier invoices
• Implementation and allocation of accounting entries by corresponding analytical codes
• Filing and archiving records and supporting documents
• Refund and payment of professional fees
• Control and monitoring of funds transferred onto the account
• Cash control and monitoring
• Administrative relationship with the HQ in Paris, France.
