About the job:
In this role you will be responsible to lead a team of qualified, experienced and competent MEP technicians and accomplish the maintenance tasks as per schedule, deliver on time customer service and achieve excellence .
* Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinates
* Provides training, technical assistance and counselling.
* Implement proper health, Safety & environment standards
* Ensure adequate supplies, materials and equipment
* Prepare and maintain records for weekly and monthly reports; prepare reports; prepares time records for payroll purposes.
* Inspect and ensure work is completed as per approved standard
* Oversee preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Achieve excellence in customer service through effective planning and execution of work
* Monitor and control operational costs
