GCC Experience preferably Qatar
Excellent Presentation skills
Above 30 years old, Fluent in English & Arabic, minimum of 10 years experience in Account Management team or as a Studio Manager in Advertising agencies.
Job Responsibilities
• Able to manage a country branch fulfilling Budget, maintaining profitability targets
• Capability of hiring team of Studio and business developments team to help achieving the annual goals
• Capable to open new accounts, understands client’s aspirations and can fulfill through the team
• Finance basics orientation for better control of the assigned responsibilities
• Able to properly cost every project with a control for every detail within the job
• Resourceful on the outsourced service providers when needed
• Planning for every client what to do on the brand strategy level then breakdown to the activation side
• Managing Agency ‘s main presentation capitalizing on the edges the agency claims for the market yet adapting to every client requirements
• Understanding, & Translating the clients’ briefs into a business process from the agency side
• Assigning tasks and managing the flow of work to achieving the required task on date and with exact desired KPI’s
• Approaching potential clients with the properly prepared presentation of the agency
• Managing the team on Designing a schedule per account on a monthly basis breaking down to a weekly schedule targeting to achieve the Account KPI’s of what will be assigned by
• Preparing a weekly reporting system for the direct reporting manager or managers, addressing achievement of current KPI’s per account, new designed presentation for approaching potential clients, feedback “ constructive objective feedback about the team of the agency
• Monitoring the competition of the agency within the local market and preparing a monthly report on what advantages or updates others have and the agency should be aware of and advice about what could be the action
• Monitoring the competition for the client and updating the client’s calendar of events to overcome their competitors moves
• Define the accurate achievable KPI’s from the agency side and addressing that for the client
• Work on improving revenue amount from the exact account by finding opportunities that would improve the account performance from our other services portfolio
• Translating briefs into the Visual studio side and follow up on main job requirements
