Job Summary
The ICT testing Environment Manager will take full ownership of the test environment and ensure capacity, integrity and availability of the test infrastructure including data. The test environment manager will facilitate environments and domains for testing on various projects.
Job Responsibilities
• Fully in charge of the test environment for capacity, integrity and availability of the same.
• Manage the QA infrastructure including systems (UNIX, Windows, Appliance) and configuration (server, application, database, network).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures in conjunction with the internal project teams.
• Ensure that required software updates, security patches, etc. are validated for consideration. Support UAT engagements by coordinating with external administrators of other sites who are managing networks and systems connected to the main site network.
• Comply with the already defined IT service management procedures and policies around change, configuration management, release management etc...
