Senior FF&E Architect - Louis Berger SAS

• Act as LB site representative for all matters related to FF&E works to ensure compliance to contract and other project requirements

• Monitor implementation/compliance of all project parties to specifications, plans, procedures and standards relating to FF&E works

• Coordinate FF&E mock-up selection, delivery and installation on site

• Review material submittals, method statements, shop drawings and provide comments

• Liaise with the client representatives, contractor, site engineers, project engineers and subcontractors on all matters related to FF&E works

• Coordinate all Power and Data requirement associated with FF&E prior to site insallation

• Review FF&E installation on site and provide inputs on inspection reports

• Review completeness, accuracy and quality of documents, drawings and other submittals before submission to client

• Perform quality control checks on contractor’s works

• Track and monitor inspection and test requests for quantifying works executed
