Job Title: IT Help Desk Supervisor
Experience: 7+ years
Education: Computer Science Background.
o Proficient in Windows 2003/2008 Server (including DNS, IIS and HyperV);
o SQL 2005/2008 Server;
o Proficient in Win 2008 Active Directory like User, Groups and Group Policy Management
o Basic Understanding of VMware Technology
o Proficient in Backup Technology
o Proficient and Strong knowledge on Windows and Oracle / Cisco Networking
o Proficient in Client Operating System like Win XP and Win 7
o Proficient in MS Office 2010, like Outlook 2010, Excel & Word
o Proficient in VPN / Remote access, and Anti-Virus software
Certification: CCNA / CCNP / MCSE Certificates
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
• All the candidates must have GCC Experience.
• Automotive experience would be preferred
