A well known 4-star hotel based in Qatar is urgently seeking for a PRO/Mandoob.
Job Description:
1. Familiarizes self with all HR Policies and Procedures.
2. Primarily responsible for:
a. All Visa-related processing (application, follow-up, stamping, etc)
b. Medical & Finger-printing of employees
c. Civil ID & Health Card renewal
d. Processing of Licenses / Business Permit for the hotel
e. Processing of traffic regulation / requirements, assisting for driver licenses application
f. Ministry of Health requirements and inspection.
g. Coordinating visa status on a regular basis, including new government updates and requirements for
working visa, family visa & business/visit visa
3. Maintain the Associates Manning records.
4. Presents timely and accurate consolidation of processing expenses / report to Accounts / HR In-charge at the
end of each cut-off.
5. Ensures each associates has an updated immigration file.
6. Ensures timely processing of all government-related requirements.
7. Actively participates in all HR activities (associate gatherings, team building, sports fest, recognition program,
etc)
8. Proactively participates in all required developmental trainings for the job grade level.
9. Coordinates with HR In-charge for medical, finger-printing and other requirements for residence
and visa processing.
