A well established international general merchandise retailer is currently looking for a Training Specialist to support the launch of their newest store in Doha, Qatar.
As the Training Specialist, you will handle the following responsibilities:
- Implement the strategy and training operational plan together with the Training & Development Manager- Develop and facilitate training (technical and non-technical programmes) while managing a number of high profile projects- Provide the retail team with the behavioural knowledge and skills required to achieve the companys business objectives
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of training experience within a similar retail/FMCG industry- Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent- Excellent knowledge of learning and evaluation theories, techniques and design solutions- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Strong presentation skills- High proficiency in MS Office programs
