We are seeking a Senior Talent Executive to join our team at PHRC. The role would be as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter:
Researching and sourcing clients
Business development to gain client through phone calls and face to face meetings
Negotiate and gain Terms of Business with new clients
Understanding client vacancy requirements
Sourcing of candidates, passive, active, via networking, etc, for client vacancies
Screening of candidates (interviewing, qualifying, testing, etc)
Submitting candidates to clients
Arranging candidate interviews with clients
Negotiating potential offers, compensation, countering objections i.e. 'counter-offers' to making the placement
