Roles and Responsibilities
•Responsible for maintain and support the ERP with help of the support team.
•Understanding & analyzing minor business changes and Map into the system
•System integration & configuration, initialization and setup.
•Account mapping.
•Creating queries and Procedures.
•Database Management, Backup and Recovery.
•Reports generation based on the requirement of Business Heads
•Configuration of Outlook integration with SAP B One.
•Upgrade the releases and patches with the help of SAP B One Support team.
•Conducting training for the user.
