Serve as first-line of contact between customer and dealership.
Perform write-up of Repair Orders & ensure timely & accurate completion of repairs.
Process, document, coordinate & follow-up accident cases with concerned authorities including Insurance companies.
Quick reception process on arrival & inspect every vehicle before work starts - with the customer.
Secure customer approval (including cost estimate, vehicle delivery time & warranty) prior to commencing work.
Keep customer updated on tasks at regular intervals.
