We are looking for a talented HR Specialist/ Generalist to join our professional Human Resource Team.

The role itself involves providing frontline interface between HR department at the Headquarter and the academy’s employees; this could also mean dealing with multi-cultural & international staff.
Job responsibilities:
1.HR Strategy
•Responsible for maintaining high quality HR standards as it relates to HR reports & metrics, implementation of policy and procedures.
•Implement & control manpower plans, sourcing candidates, hiring, transferring, contract renewal & employment termination.
•Ensure implementation of policies, rules and procedures established at Group level.
• Ensure the level of confidentiality required, within her/his competence.
• Takes on the role of trainer and supporting HR subordinate staff.
• Proactively works to ensure that all items on the HR Audit are maintained.
• Channels of communication with the Management and staff.
• To assist the academy Principal & HR Manager in all HR related projects.
2. Recruitment:
• Monitor the assigned academy’s recruitment activities for all open positions. Own the recruiting and hiring processes, including: sourcing and reviewing resumes, discussing openings with hiring supervisors, interviewing candidates, conducting employment checks, referring applicants onto hiring supervisors, loading hired candidates into on-boarding system, and coordinating offers of employment.
• Develop, maintain and conduct proactive searches utilizing creative, cost-effective sourcing methods.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for potential open positions and recruiting both passive and active candidates through a variety of sources, including internet, professional associations, networking, ads, university recruiting, job fairs, employee referrals and employee development.
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between the academy and candidates.
• Develop, update and maintain various reports to track recruitment status and activity.
• Ensure regular updates and feedback is provided for candidates, hiring managers and HR.
• Develop a report that provides accurate, timely reporting and hiring statistics to management.
• Adhere to Qatar Law and responsible for all employment regulatory compliance.
3. HR Administration
• Responsible to administrate the Time Attendance System and payroll software
• Full compliance with all the statutory requirements for HR and Payroll documentation, personal files
• Perform various administrative tasks including preparing reports, handling records and correspondence, personnel file and documentation and provide a wide range of assistance and support in the Human Resources department.
• Supports the existing company policies and contributes to their development
Track HR KPIs and submit HR & Payroll reports according to the Headquarter requirements
• Staff welfare and Medical insurance Renewal.
4. Training & Staff Development
• Uses technical HR knowledge in support of organizational learning for the managers, as well as the HR staff members.
• Training, guidance of the staff as per the requirements of their skills and development around specific job competencies
5. Performance Management
• Coordinate with the Academy Principal & HR Manager to ensure implementation of the Performance Management system and all related activities.
