Carries out day to day problem solving on exist control and Emergency Shutdown systems including PLC. Carries out minor configuratin changes to dtabases and graphics on control and Emergency Shutdown systems including PLC which are deployed in the company. Provides day to day assistance to Maintenance Department technicians. Carries out backups of systems backups, including maintenance and verification (onsite/offsite), also cyber security, antivirus, system events and services monitoring on window side and systems housekeeping. Carries out network health monitoring and maintenance, patches implementation. Develops and conducts a procedure review and amendments. Carries out Network installation & troubleshooting (LANs, switches, and routrs). Server deployments, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and disaster recovery. Checks server event logs on a daily basis and report findings. Performs technical tasks relating to project works and action items closure.
